Independent VfM & Quality Reviews

We have experience of undertaking and managing programmes
of Value for Money and Quality Reviews across Adult Social Care, Social Housing, Clinical Commissioning Groups (disability services), Children’s Services and Special Educational Needs provision.

This service can be offered to both commissioning authorities and providers
who might benefit from:

• Assessing contract compliance
• Assessing VfM within the sector
• Considering where efficiencies can be made
• Ensuring that current spend is transparent and appropriate
• Assessing the success of service user outcomes
• Developing an action plan to improve service provision

We have access to a number of independent social workers and education specialists and can offer a bespoke review project to accommodate specific needs.
