Consultancy and Mentoring

Beaufort Nine Ltd can offer you consultancy and/or mentoring for new or recently promoted staff. Support can be provided around Value for Money/Quality Review projects, creative commissioning to offer efficiencies within current service areas and the changing responsibilities around SEND and VAWG commissioning.

With experience of managing a range of projects we have the experience of working within changing and challenging environments to engage staff, develop new systems and problem solve to ensure that hurdles can be overcome.

Offering a bespoke service, consultancy and support can be provided on a flexible basis with input being offered at appropriate times rather than the traditional weekly input. This allows organisations to move at their own pace without being driven by an external timetable. Beaufort Nine Ltd can offer scoping and project planning advice, training, arms-length mentoring/support for staff as well as more intense hands-on project management, reviewing and negotiating of services/placements across Adult Social Care, Social Housing, Children’s Services and SEN provision.
