Beaufort Nine supports landlords, supported living providers, and local authorities to strengthen service quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Supporting high priority programmes across Homelessness, Social Housing and Social Care we work closely with operational and strategic teams to identify risks, understand local pressures, and shape transparent, achievable improvement plans.

Staying ahead of legislative and regulatory changes, including the Renters’ Rights Act and Social Housing Regulation, we are translating requirements into practical actions that enhance safety, compliance, and the overall housing offer.
